Aaron Krebs

January 8, 1981 — May 16, 2011

Aaron Matthew Krebs, age 30, of Wauwatosa, WI, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, May 16, 2011, surrounded by his family after a lengthy illness.

He was born on January 8, 1981, in Milwaukee to Gordon and Lynne (nee Hawley) Krebs.

Aaron was a 1999 graduate of West Bend West High School and a 2004 graduate of the University of Wisconsin, where he was a member of Beta Theta Pi fraternity. For the past five years he worked in sales for Bisco Industries in Brookfield, WI.

Aaron was an avid Packers and Badgers fan, loved movies and traveling and enjoyed playing soccer and tennis.

Aaron is survived by his parents, Gordon and Lynne Krebs of West Bend, WI and his two sisters, Sarah (Forrest) Reynolds of Los Angeles, CA and Stephanie Krebs of Chicago, IL. He is further survived by his paternal grandmother, Kathryn Krebs of Kenosha, WI, and many other relatives and friends. He was a friend to all four-legged creatures, especially his beloved dogs Guinness and Bella.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Edward Krebs, and maternal grandparents, Ray and Charlotte Hawley.

Visitation will be Thursday, May 19th, from 5-8PM at Myrhum-Patten Funeral Home, with Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, May 20th, at 10:30AM at St. Francis Cabrini Catholic Church, 1025 S. 7th Avenue, West Bend, WI.

Memorials can be sent to the Cancer Care fund at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin or to the Washington County Humane Society.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Gary Herdrich, Dr. Michael Kelly, Cancer Care and the HOT Unit at Children's Hospital for their care and to Bisco Industries for being such a supportive employer through his illness.
