Allan L. Munson, age 57, of West Bend, passed away on Sunday, June 10, at the Kathy Hospice in the Town of Polk.
He was born on April 24, 1950 in Marshfield to the late Gordon and Erma (nee Rudd) Munson. Following his high school graduation, Allan began working in assembly for the West Bend Company and later for Regal Ware where he was currently employed. Allan was a member of the West Bend Company 25 Year Club, and enjoyed collecting coins and model cars.
Allan is survived by his two daughters, Stacy (David) Simonson of Green Bay, and Samantha (David) Koenig of Hartford; and his two grandsons, Kyle and Dylan Koenig of Hartford. He is further survived by three sisters, Marjorie Munson of Palm City, FL, Barbara Allen of Fresno, CA, and Carol (Harold) Yates of Menomonie; a brother, David (Trudi) Munson of Pewaukee; a step-brother, Gabe (Elizabeth) Kemling of Lakeland MN; and many other dear relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and his step-mother, Goldie Kemling-Munson.
A memorial service in honor of Allan will be held on Wednesday, June 13th at 6:30 pm at the Myrhum-Patten Funeral Home in West Bend. Visitation with the family will be on Wednesday, at the funeral home, from 4:00 pm until the time of service at 6:30 pm.
