Allen K. Reindl

Allen K. Reindl, 95, of the town of Kewaskum, passed away on Friday, May 30, 2014, at Cedar Community in the town of West Bend.

He was born on December 14, 1918, in Kewaskum, the son of the late George and Theresa (Schedlo) Reindl, and on October 28, 1943, he was united in marriage to Louisanna "Sally" Boegel at St. Kilian Catholic Church in St. Kilian. The couple made their home and farmed in the town Kewaskum. Sally preceded Allen in death on April 30, 2003.

Allen was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Kewaskum, Knights of Columbus Father Casper Rehrl Council #1964 West Bend and the XYZ Senior Citizens Club. Allen loved going to the senior center to play cards, especially sheepshead.

Those Allen leaves behind to cherish his memory include six children, Dan (Beth) Reindl of Merrill, Paul (Verna) Reindl of St. Michaels, John (Gloria) Reindl of Kewaskum, Joe Reindl of Kohlsville, Eddie Reindl of Union Grove and Theresa (Bob) Bingham of Tucson, Arizona; 13 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; a sister, Linda Casper of West Bend; two sisters-in-law, Irma Reindl of Kewaskum and Grace Boegel of St. Kilian, other relatives and friends.

In addition to his wife and parents, Allen was preceded in death by a son, Raymond; three brothers, Prosper Reindl, Gilbert (Anna) Reindl and Roger Reindl; a sister, Bernetta (Jacob) Bruessel; five brothers-in-law, Raymond Boegel, Norbert Becker, Lester Casper, Reinhold (Dolores) Boegel and Adelbert (Barbara) Boegel and a sister-in-law, Rosemarie (Edwin) Amerling.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Allen was held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 4, 2014, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Kewaskum. Father Edwin Kornath officiated and burial followed in the parish cemetery.

The Reindl family greeted relatives and friends at the church on Wednesday from noon until the time of Mass.

The Miller Funeral Home in Kewaskum was entrusted with Allen's arrangements.
