Alvin A. Wiesner

Brownsville

Alvin A. Wiesner of Brownsville was reunited with his loving wife Frances on April 11, 2025. Born on April 5, 1935, he was the son of Alvin and Clara Wiesner (Theusch).

Alvin attended St. Kilian grade school and graduated from Kewaskum High School. He worked at Mercury Marine for over 35 years. Alvin was an active member at St. Kilian Catholic Church. Alvin enjoyed the outdoors fishing, golfing and bowling were some of his favorite hobbies. In his later years, he enjoyed reading, going through the library book by book. He didn’t mind the subject and enjoyed all books. He was a huge Brewer and Packer fan.

Alvin is survived by his children; Barb (Joe) Ertl of Arizona, Allen (Debbie) of Kewaskum, Cindy Martin of Kewaskum (Friend Todd Kisting), Don (Vicki) of North Fond du Lac, Mary (Roger) Zorn of Newburg, Elaine (Dave) Cordes of St. Kilian, Bev (Dan) Werbelow of Kewaskum, Jean Wiesner of Fond du Lac and Scot Wiesner of LaFarge; sister Linda Schaefer; sister-in-law Jan Wiesner; brothers-in-law Ray (Joann) Sippel, Andy Sippel and John Beck; 19 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren. He is further survived by other family and many friends.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife Frances on March 10, 2025, parents Alvin Sr. and Clara Wiesner in-laws Alex and Margarette, infant son Joseph, sisters, Donna Batzler, Pat Beck, brother Ollie Wiesner, sister-in-law Rosie Sippel, and son-in-law Gary Martin.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at 12 pm NOON at St. Kilian Catholic Church (189 County Rd. W, Campbellsport). Visitation will be from 10 am until the time of Mass with Rev. Mark Jones officiating. Private burial will be in the parish cemetery.

Alvin’s family would like to thank all the staff at Hope Nursing Home in Lomira and St. Croix Hospice for their care and compassion shown for our Dad.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Alvin’s memory.
