Amanda Marie Murphy, 33, of St. Kilian, Campbellsport, Wisconsin, was called home to be with her Savior on January 26, 2022, after over a month-long battle with COVID.

Amanda’s number one purpose in life was to serve her Lord and Savior. By the time Amanda was 4 years old, she would complete her AWANAs books in the first weeks and wanted more to memorize.  That year she memorized the 23rd Psalm. She always had a hunger for God’s word. She continued to study and memorize throughout her life. At one point she decided she wanted to memorize the book of Psalms; she was able to memorize about 90 chapters prior to her passing. Amanda’s bible went with her wherever she went; it was her most important possession.

Amanda was born on February 5, 1988, in Menomonee Falls, the daughter of Roger Shawn and Sandra (nee Kveen) Murphy. Following High School graduation at Fond du Lac Christian School, she earned her CNA license and continued working her way up in the medical field obtaining an EMT license while simultaneously working to get her LPN license. She then became a paramedic, earned her BSN and received her RN credentials. She never stopped learning and continued her education by going to Pennsylvania to obtain certification in Critical Care. At the time of her passing she was working her dream job of being an ER nurse at Prairie Ridge Health Hospital in Columbus, Wisconsin. December 20th of 2021, Amanda became an entrepreneur opening her business: The IV Hydration Station in Kewaskum, Wisconsin.

Those Amanda leaves behind to cherish her memory include her mother and father: Roger Shawn and Sandra Murphy; her siblings: Ashley (P. Adrian) Siqueiros, Adam Murphy, and Angela (Deyvis) Perez; her nieces and nephews: Eli (8), Emma (6), Eyda (4) Siqueiros, Stephanie (10), Godson: Thaddeus (4), and Charlotte (5 months) Perez, brother Xiao (Yue) Li; her grandparents: Karen Murphy, Terry (Carol) Kveen, Jacqueline Moeller; aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.
