Ann O. Weston, nee Heinecke, 74, of West Bend, went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 after a long struggle with Alzheimers.
She was born on August 22, 1938 in Allenton to the late Christian and Loraine (nee Langenecker) Heinecke. She attended Moraine Park Technical College and she was employed as a data processor at St. Joseph's Hospital, West Bend.
She was a life member of Holy Angels Catholic Church in West Bend where she was also a member of the Christian Mothers and the choir. She was also a member of the Women of the Moose for over 30 years. Ann enjoyed traveling throughout the U.S. and many other countries, especially with the WBKV/Bob Bonenfant travel group.
She is survived by six children, Robert (Gloria Krieser) Weston of West Bend, Chris Weston of West Bend, Mike (Susie) Weston of West Bend, Bill Weston of Allenton, Sue (Dan) Kellom of Germantown, and James (Cathy) Weston of Theresa; 15 grandchildren, Aric, Kevin, Patrick, Brian, Craig, Nicole, Mitch, Keith, Sara, Laura, Luke, Trevor, Riley, Zachary and Logan; seven great-grandchildren; one sister, Phyllis Schaefer of West Bend, two brothers, Walter (Debbie Christian) Heinecke of New Berlin, and David (Sandy) Heinecke of Edmond, OK; other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her step-father, Rudolph Heinecke, and a brother, Ronald Heinecke.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, February 14 at 5:00 p.m. at Holy Angels Catholic Church, West Bend. Visitation will be at the church on Thursday from 3:00 p.m. until the time of Mass. Ann's cremated remains will be buried at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Allenton at a later date this summer.
