Anna K. Kelm, age 22, of Milwaukee, formerly of West Bend, was called home to be with her Lord on February 2, 2015.
She was born on November 11, 1992 in Indianapolis, IN to Rev. Daniel and Rachel (nee Fritze) Kelm, and was baptized into her Lord on November 12, 1992.
Anna spent nine years in West Bend until moving with her family to Orange County, CA. It was there that Anna was confirmed into her faith at Salem Lutheran Church in the spring of 2007. Her family later moved to Portage, WI, where Anna graduated from Portage High School in the class of 2011. She then attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she earned a degree in Social Welfare. Anna currently was working for AmeriCorps in Milwaukee counseling high school students.
Anna loved people and working with children. She enjoyed the Arts and of course her coffee.
Anna is survived by her parents, Rev. Daniel & Rachel Kelm of Summerfield, FL; two sisters, Abby Kelm of Madison, and Lydia Kelm of Leesburg, FL; a brother, Michael Kelm of Summerfield, FL; aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and many many friends.
A memorial service in remembrance of Anna will be held on Sunday February 8th at 2:30 pm at St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church (809 S. 6th Street) West Bend. Rev. David Kellerman and Rev. Peter Kelm will co-officiate. Visitation will be at the church on Sunday from 1:00 pm until the time of service.
