Anne M. Ballman, (nee Seidl) age 76, of West Bend, passed away Friday June 13, 2008 at her residence.
She was born on March 4, 1932 in Milwaukee to the late John and Thersia (nee Rohrnbeck) Seidl, and was united in marriage to Theodore Ballman on October 24, 1970 in Milwaukee.
Anne worked as a secretary for to Milwaukee Public School System until her retirement in 1984. Anne and Ted moved to West Bend in 1990, and he preceded her in death on April 10, 2000.
She was formerly active with the Washington County Senior Center. Anne enjoyed playing cards, especially sheepshead. She also enjoyed cooking, crocheting, and adventuring about town to meet people. Her family and friends meant everything.
She will be sadly missed by a step-daughter, Diane Michal of Woodruff; two nieces, Jean Kolanda of Vancouver, WA, and Geri (Philip) Eserkaln of Wauwatosa; other relatives and friends.
A Memorial Mass in remembrance of Anne will be held on Friday June 20th at 11:00 am at Holy Angels Catholic Church, West Bend (138 N. 8th Ave.). Rev. Gerald Brittain will be the Celebrant. Visitation will be Friday at the church only from 10:00 am until the time of Mass. Memorials in Anne name may be given to the charity of your choice.
