Becky R. Sampson-Moiseev, 34, of West Allis, formerly of Lomira, passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2013.
She was born on October 6, 1978, in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Dale and Elaine (Schultz) Sampson. On April 20, 2010, she was united in marriage to Igor Moiseev.
Becky was a 1997 graduate of Winnebago Lutheran Academy in Fond du Lac. She was employed as a Licensed Practical Nurse and was a compassionate caregiver well liked by her clients and co-workers. Becky will be deeply missed by her family and by all who knew her.
Those Becky leaves behind to cherish her memory include her son, Taylor Hawkinson of Brodhead; her parents, Dale Sampson of Lomira and Elaine (Dale) Miller of Ashford; her sister, Wendy (Christopher) Hahn of Franklin; her paternal grandfather, Donald (Ferne) Sampson of South Byron; her aunts and uncles, Douglas, Dennis (Martha) and Dean (Cindy) Sampson, Kay (Barry) Rubin, Mary (Mark) Laudolff, Donald, Louis III, Wayne (Bonnie), Martin (Anna), Mark (Margie) and John Schultz, Margaret (Richard) Bender, Ann (Steve) Geschke and Juanita (Jim) Ancil; her step-sisters, Trish, Stephanie and Elizabeth Miller and Jennifer (Jake) Schnuell, other relatives and many friends.
Becky was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Therese Sampson and her maternal grandparents, Louis Jr. and Louise Schultz.
A private memorial service for Becky was held on Monday, May 13, 2013, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church (Halfway Church) in the town of Lomira with Rev. Matthew Kuske officiating. Burial of her cremains was in St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery in Brownsville.
The Kietzer-Miller Funeral Home in Lomira was entrusted with Becky’s arrangements.
