Betty H. Fellenz, (nee Hintz), age 81, of West Bend, passed away Saturday July 1, 2006 at the Samaritan Health Center.
She was born on August 2, 1924 in the Town of Scott, Sheboygan County, to the late Edwin and Annette (nee Klug) Hintz. Betty was united in marriage to Gordon Fellenz on May 31, 1947 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in the Town of Scott.
She worked for many years at the West Bend Company and was a member of the West Bend Company 25 year club. Betty was a long time member of Pilgrim Ev. Lutheran Church in West Bend, and a member of the Quilters Club. Gordon preceded her in death on June 22, 1993.
She is survived by two sons, James (Jane) Fellenz of West Bend, and David (Tammy) Fellenz of Allenton; three grandchildren, Rebecca (Peter) DeTuncq, Christopher (Julie) Fellenz, and John (Jaydee) Fellenz, all of West Bend; two great grandsons, Andrew and John DeTuncq; a brother, Edward (JoAnn) Hintz of Beechwood; a brother-in-law Lynes (Marion) Fellenz of Beechwood; other relatives and friends.
Funeral services for Betty will be held on Thursday July 6th at 11:00 am at Pilgrim Ev. Lutheran Church. Rev. Joseph Fisher and Rev. David Meyer will co-officiate. Burial will follow in Washington County Memorial Park. Visitation will be Thursday at the church only from 9:00 am until the time of service. Memorials to Pilgrim Ev. Lutheran Church are appreciated.
