Carole J. Ramel

Carole Jean Ramel (Reinders), age 75 years, of Random Lake was called home to be with the Lord on December 23, 2023, at Rocky Knoll Health Care Center in Plymouth surrounded by her loving family.

Carole was born on December 25, 1948 in Fredonia to Paul and Ernella Reinders (Beger).  She was united in marriage to David A. Ramel on February 1, 1969. David passed away on February 15, 2019.

Carole graduated from Random Lake High School in 1967.  She worked at Amity Leather, West Bend Company, Moebius Printing, Midway Restaurant, Sunny Ridge Nursing and Rehab, Rocky Knoll Health Care Center, and Sargento’s.  Carole enjoyed fishing, crafting, watching the wildlife, and being outdoors.  Most of all she loved spending time with family and loved ones.

Those Carole leaves behind to cherish her memory include her three sons, Glen Ramel, Scott (Dana Dahm) Ramel, and Adam (fiancée Brittany Falk) Ramel, grandson, Michael Falk; her father, Paul (Shirley) Reinders; sisters, Paulette (Don) Anderson and Cherry (Dave) Hoffner; brother, Danny (Karen) Reinders; and sister-in-law, Nancy (Steve) Gross.  She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Carole was preceded in death by her husband, David; mother, Ernella Reinders; and father-in-law & mother-in-law, Allen and Mildred Ramel.

At Carole’s request no formal services will be held.

Carole’s family extends their heartfelt appreciation to the staff at Rocky Knoll Health Care Center and Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice for the loving care they provided.
