Charles M. "Chuck" Kleinke

September 5, 1946 — August 21, 2013

Charles M. "Chuck" Kleinke, 66, of Kewaskum, passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2013, at his home.

Chuck was born on September 5, 1946, in Fond du Lac, the son of the late Marvin and Dolores (Heberer) Kleinke.

Chuck was employed by Johnson Bus as a driver and mechanic for many years, and he also worked at Hon-E-Kor Golf Club in Kewaskum. He was a member of the Kewaskum Lions Club. Some of his favorite pastimes included playing dartball, horseshoes and golfing. Chuck will fondly be remembered as an avid baseball fan. He will be deeply missed by his family and by all who knew him.

Those Chuck leaves behind to cherish his memory include a daughter, Lisa (Glenn) Taylor of Kewaskum; two brothers, Cliff (Alice) Kleinke of Eau Claire and Edmond (Nancy) Kleinke of West Bend; four sisters, Yvonne (Bruce) Schumacher of St. Paul, Minnesota, Annette Wienke of Campbellsport, Suzette Fischer of Key Biscayne, Florida and Claudette (Jim) Guell of Eden; a sister-in-law, Marie Kleinke of Kewaskum; three granddaughters, Lindy, Lacy and Gina; his former wife, Susan Perkins of Kewaskum; two stepchildren, Ben and Rachel, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, Chuck was preceded in death by a brother, Earl Kleinke.

A memorial service for Chuck was held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 27, 2013, at the Miller Funeral Home in Kewaskum following cremation.

The Kleinke family greeted relatives and friends on Tuesday at the funeral home from 4:00 p.m. until the time of services.
