Chelsea M. Turk, age 25, of West Bend, passed away at her home Monday July 22, 2013.
She was born on September 25, 1987 in West Bend to Walter and Nancy (nee Kojis) Turk. Chelsea attended St. Frances Cabrini grade school and graduated from West Bend West High School in the class of 2006. She then started working toward a degree in criminal justice.
Chelsea was a member of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church. She enjoyed gymnastics, family camping trips, and MTV reality TV shows.
Chelsea will be greatly missed by her parents, Wally and Nancy Turk of West Bend; sister, Amber Turk of West Bend; brother, Kyle Turk of West Bend; her paternal grandparents, John and Maria Turk of New Berlin; five aunts, Kathi Kusch of West Bend, Mary (Gregory) Schmidt of West Allis, Susan (Michael) Rossa of West Bend, Ingrid (Tim) LaMalfa of Elm Grove, and Linda (Downer) Malecki of Muskego; 10 cousins, Andrew Kusch, Ryan Kusch, Kevin Schmidt, Jenny Schmidt, Aaron Schmidt, Amy Schmidt, Connor LaMalfa, Taylor LaMalfa, Karson Malecki, and Krischan Malecki; her loving dog, Lily Mae; along with other relatives and friends.
A memorial service in remembrance of Chelsea will be held on Saturday July 27th at 1:00 pm at the Myrhum ~ Patten Funeral Home, West Bend (1315 W. Washington St.). Deacon Ron Schneider will officiate. Visitation will be at the funeral home Saturday from 11:00 am until the time of service.
