Cherylann E. Ebert, 54, of Kewaskum, passed away on Wednesday, September 10, 2014, at Kathy Hospice in the town of Polk with her family at her side.
She was born on May 10, 1960, in West Bend, the daughter of Melvin and Marian (Ernisse) Martin.
Those Cherylann leaves behind to cherish her memory include her life partner, Darwin Ebert of Kewaskum; two children, Shawn (Therese) Martin of West Bend and Shelly (Jason) Gutche of Eureka; two grandchildren, Matthew and Abigail Gutche of Eureka; her mother, Marian Wojtalewicz of Kewaskum; two brothers, Allan (Angie) Martin of Kewaskum and Keith Martin of Campbellsport; a mother-in-law, Helen Ebert of Fond Du Lac; two brothers-in-law, Marvin (Sharon) Ebert of Ocala, Florida and Mike (Janice) Ebert of Campbellsport; two sisters-in-law, Sharon (Tommy) Thompson and Arlene (Todd) Feyen both of Campbellsport, as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and family.
Cherylann was preceded in death by her father, Melvin Martin; her step-father, Ben Wojtalewicz and her father-in-law, Carl Ebert.
A funeral service for Cherylann was held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, September 19, 2014, at Miller Funeral Home in Kewaskum. Cremation followed the traditional service.
Cherylann's family received relatives and friends on Friday at the funeral home from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service.
