Christopher J. Steltz, age 26, of Slinger, passed away on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at his home.
He was born on July 12, 1985 in Hartford to David and Kathleen (nee Gundrum) Steltz. Christopher graduated from Slinger High School in the class of 2003. He worked as a CNC operator. Christopher enjoyed music, movies, helping his mom, neighbors, friends and his dad when he was ill. Christopher also enjoyed fishing, camping, family vacations, playing with his niece and nephew and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his loving mom, Kathleen Steltz of Slinger; his two sisters, Nichole Steltz of Slinger, Kimberly (Jeffrey) Berndt of West Bend; his brother, Leon (Catherine) Steltz of West Bend; his niece, Marissa Pamela Berndt; his nephew, Ethan Tyler Steltz; aunts, uncles and many friends.
Christopher is preceded in death by his father, David Steltz, who passed away on April 25, 2011.
Funeral services in remembrance of Christopher will be held on Monday, March 19th at 6:30 pm at the Myrhum ~ Patten Funeral Home, 1315 W. Washington Street, West Bend with Rev. Tom Biersack officiating. A dinner reception will follow the service. Visitation will be Monday at the funeral home from 3:30 pm until the time of the service.
