Clarence M. Bath

June 28, 1922 — February 15, 2007

Clarence Michael Bath, 84, of the town of Kewaskum, entered into eternal peace on Thursday, February 15, 2007, with his family by his side.


He was born on June 28, 1922, in the town of Kewaskum, the son of the late Math Bath and Olive (Fellenz) Bath, and on April 21, 1951, he was united in marriage to Lucille Voigt at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Kewaskum. After their marriage the couple began a loving family of their own.


Clarence was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Kewaskum. He was a farmer for 15 years, and then he worked at the Malt House in Kewaskum for 25 years. Clarence was employed by Mallard Coach of West Bend for six years and did custom hay baling for numerous farmers. He owned Bath Salvage Yard for over 50 years, retiring at the age of 63 to spend more time with his grandchildren. Clarence will be deeply missed by his children and grandchildren.


Survivors include his seven children, David H. Bath of West Bend, Ronald M. (Rosemary) Bath, Jean M. (Allen) Bath and Daniel R. Bath, all of Kewaskum, Allen J. (Marie) Bath of Dundee, Gary D. Bath, and Joan M. Balboa-Bath, both of Kewaskum; eighteen grandchildren, Gary, Jennifer, Mary Jo, Matthew, Michelle Lee, Mark, Jessica and Nicole Bath, Tiffany Bath-Crites, Lucille, Jean, Savannah and Marvin III Crites, Keesha Hersch, Alicia and Lissette Balboa, Nicole Uelmen and Kelly Scheer; two sisters, MaryAnn Kutz of West Bend and Alice Uelmen of West Bend; a sister-in-law, Adeline Bath of Kewaskum, nieces, nephews, other special relatives and many dear friends.


His wife preceded him in death on December 16, 1996. In addition to his wife and parents, Clarence was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Diane; two sisters, Florence Herriges and Delores Brodzeller and a brother, Harold Bath.


A Mass of Christian Burial for Clarence was held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 19, 2007, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 331 Main Street, Kewaskum. Father Edwin Kornath officiated and burial was at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday in the parish cemetery on Highway 28 East. Relatives and friends called on Monday at the church from 4:00 p.m. until the time of services.
