Constance J. “Connie” Motz, 73, of Kewaskum, passed away on Monday, June 13, 2011, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in the town of Polk.
Those Connie leaves behind to cherish her memory include three children, James (Debra) DeFrain, Cara Pepper and Christa (Mike) Johnson; her brothers and sisters, Kathleen (Ray) Ulvenes, Monte (Colleen) Tobin, Greg (Connie) Tobin, Mick (JoAnn) Tobin and Jean Tobin; six grandchildren, Jason and Jaimie DeFrain, Jennifer, Jacqueline and Jacob Johnson and Stephen Pepper, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Connie was preceded in death by her parents, Millie and Harold Tobin, a brother, Dick Hinkley and a grandson, Loren DeFrain.
In honor of her wishes, there will be no service, visitation or flowers.
