Dale Halliburton

July 1, 1931 — September 18, 2013

Dale Halliburton, age 82, of the town of Trenton, was called home to be with our Lord on Wednesday, September 18, 2013.

He was born on July 1, 1931 in Milwaukee to the late William and Ruth (nee Voigt) Halliburton. On October 9, 1953, Dale was united in marriage to Joan Paula Sell in Milwaukee. Dale owned and operated Dale Halliburton Plumbing and Halliburton Realty. He was a member and past president of the Glendale Lions and a Shriner.

Dale is survived by his loving wife, Joan; two daughters, Babe (Mitch) Hawkinson of West Bend and Paula (Mike) Scott of Knoxville, TN; 9 grandchildren, Jessica Ann (Andy) Palmer, Mitchell Clayton Hawkinson, Heidi Lowrene (Bruce) Doll, Madi Grace Hawkinson, Spencer Michael Scott, Samuel Dale Scott, Ryan Michael Rees, Jonathan Mark Rees, and Lindsey Lee Rees; two great-grandchildren, Oliver James Palmer and Annabelle Palmer; a sister, Joy (Bud) Skofronick; five brothers, Roger Halliburton, Mark (Dawn) Halliburton, Bill (Doris) Halliburton, Jerry (Joyce) Halliburton, and Richard Halliburton; a son-in-law, Mark Rees; a sister-in-law, Janet Halliburton; his best friend, Dick (Carol) Schroedel; and many other relatives and friends.

Dale was preceded in death by his parents, William and Ruth; his daughter, Lowrene (nee Halliburton) Rees; his son, Dale "DJ" Halliburton; his brother, Leon Halliburton; and his sister-in-law, Judy Halliburton and other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 4th at 7:00 pm at Community Church (2005 S. Main St. West Bend, WI 53095). Visitation will be at the church on Friday from 4:00 pm until the time of service at 7:00 pm., refreshments to follow.
