Deborah E. “Deb” Sonn, 69, of Jackson, passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at Kathy Hospice in the town of Polk with her family at her side.
Deb was born on November 21, 1954, in Eagle, Wisconsin, the daughter of the late Henry and Ruby (nee Putnam) Hodorowski. Deb attended St. Mary’s Academy High School in Milwaukee and continued her education at Alverno College. On October 27, 1984, she was united in marriage to Daniel Sonn at St. Kilian Catholic Church in Hartford. Deb worked as a Youth Care Specialist at Norris in West Bend for more than 20 years, making a positive impact on the lives of many teens.
Those Deb leaves behind to cherish her memory include her husband, Dan; her daughter, Jenna (John) Sampont; four grandchildren, Jacob, Jillian, Joshua, and Josie; a sister, Christine Hodorowski; her brothers and sisters-in-law, Bob (Doni) Sonn, John (Laura) Sonn, Steve (Kathy) Sonn, Roger (Patti) Sonn, Peter (Annette) Sonn, Tom (Ezra) Sonn, Chris (Mike) Navis, Mary Jo (Steve) Chronis, and Rose Rublee; other relatives and friends.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt appreciation to Aurora Hospital in Grafton, Kathy Hospice, and Horizon Hospice for all the care they provided to Deb.
