Dennis D. Hambly

Dennis D. Hambly, 68 of West Bend, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 14, 2023, at his home with his family by his side.

He was born on February 13, 1955, to the late Albert and Isabel Hambly (née Kenney) in Milwaukee, WI. He was united in marriage to Diane Dzemske in West Bend and together they raised two children.

Dennis worked as a machinist for many years until retirement and was an avid sports fan – particularly of the Milwaukee Brewers and the Green Bay Packers. Dennis enjoyed fishing, tinkering on things, and working on his various projects, but he especially enjoyed spending time with family and treasured moments with his granddaughter, Zoey. He also cherished his time with his grandpup, Indie.

Those Dennis leaves behind to celebrate his life include his loving wife Diane Hambly; two children, Heather (Ryan) McCarty and Jeremy (Heather) Hambly; a granddaughter, Zoey McCarty; three sisters, Mary Schultz, Joy (Bob) Weddig, and Christine (William) Hammer; a brother, Mike (Mary) Hambly; three sisters-in-law, Dawn (Dale) Klumb, Candice (Salvador) Ameneyro, and Tracy (Keith) Kruse; four brothers-in-law, Eddie Dzemske, Todd (Jessica) Dzemske, Mark (Iris) Dzemske, and Rick Dzemske; many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by several other family members.

A private funeral service in remembrance of Dennis was held.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorials to be made in Dennis’ name to a charity of your choosing.
