Dennis “Pa” Keller, 69, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on February 16, 2025, after a long courageous battle with Parkinson’s Disease.
Dennis was born on October 13, 1955, at St. Alphonsus Hospital in Port Washington to Peter and Ruth Keller. Dennis was a passionate outdoorsman from an early age. He loved fishing and spent countless hours at the Port Washington Harbor. As he grew, he loved to hunt and especially loved bow hunting. He decorated his home with his prize buck and wildlife mounts. Dennis was a lifetime member of the Wisconsin Bow Hunters Association. Dennis worked for the Washington County Highway Department. The only thing Dennis loved more than hunting and fishing were his children and grandchildren. Dennis will forever be remembered and cherished for his mischievous humor and legendary pranks. His knack for sparking laughter and joy in everyone around him left an indelible mark on our hearts.
Dennis is survived by his children, Nick Keller of Oshkosh, Mandy Keller of Germantown, and Mara (Zach) Kubowski of San Diego; his grandchildren, Jackson Keller, Opal Kubowski, Ruby Kubowski, and Jasper Kubowski; he is further survived by his mother, Ruth Keller and his siblings, Jim (Pam) Keller, Sandy Cash, Dan (Kelley) Keller, Jeff (April) Keller, Linda Turenne (Mike), Cathy (Don) Large, Ron (Kelly) Keller, Gerry (Mary) Keller, and Carol (Dennis) Reilly; other relatives and friends.
Dennis was preceded in death by his father, Peter Keller; his brother-in-law, Don Cash; and his cousin, Dicky Eder.
