Dennis L. Schiller, age 71, of West Bend, went to his eternal reward on Thursday, March 19, 2015 surrounded by his loving family.
Dennis was born on June 13, 1943 in Marshfield to the late Clifford and Connie Schiller. Following high school Dennis committed his life to carpentry and working with his hands. He lived passionately and loved life. His wandering spirit led him to many great adventures. He was a life-long learner and problem solver. He was a treasure hunter who found his greatest treasure in his savior Jesus Christ.
Dennis is survived by his wife, Gail; his five children, Tim (Wendy) Schiller of Orlando, FL, Vicki (Michael) Eide of The Villages, FL, Steve (Debbie) Schiller, of Manitowoc, WI, Scott (Lacy) Schiller of Eagle River, AK, and Jeremy (Olga) Schiller of Lyndon, WI; two step-children, Leah (Paul) Ivancic of West Allis, WI and Steven (Heather) Ische of Ft. Collins, CO; 14 grandchildren, Zachary, Alyssa, Joshua, Jason, Logan, Hunter, Ella, Trapper, Fisher, Kylee, Lilyana, Alyse, Elizabeth, and Landon; a brother, Corey (Beth) Schiller of Arizona; his best friend Spiffy; and many other relatives and friends.
Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Connie Schiller; and his sister, Karen Schiller.
Funeral Services for Dennis will be held on Monday, March 23, 2015 at 7:00 pm at the Myrhum-Patten Funeral Home (1315 W. Washington St. West Bend, WI 53095). Visitation will be at the funeral home on Monday from 5:00 pm until 6:45 pm.
