Elizabeth A. Keno, 92, of Kewaskum, passed away on Wednesday, May 28, 2008, at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac.
She was born on December 31, 1915, in Kewaskum, the daughter of the late Frank and Elizabeth (Kaniess) Keller, and on October 12, 1935, she was united in marriage to Raymond “Ray” Keno at St. Lucas Evangelical Lutheran Church in Kewaskum. Her husband preceded her in death on May 31, 1999.
Survivors include two children, Richard Keno of Kewaskum and Kathy (Eugene) Beer of Manitowoc; a sister-in-law, Arline Keller of Hartford, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to her husband and parents, Elizabeth was preceded in death by seven brothers, Carl, John, Frank, Loran, Alex, Roman and Sylvester “Smoky” Keller and two sisters, Alma Brennan and Rose Shokatz.
Funeral services for Elizabeth were held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 31, 2008, at the Miller Funeral Home in Kewaskum. Rev. Mark Eckert officiated and entombment followed in Washington County Memorial Park in West Bend.
Relatives and friends called on Saturday at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services.
