Elna L. Look, 92, of Lomira, passed away on Monday, August 18, 2014, at Hospice Home of Hope in Fond du Lac.
She was born on December 21, 1921, in Lomira, the daughter of the late Frank and Leona (Ewald) Albrecht, and in 1941 she was united in marriage to Benjamin C. Huebner. Ben preceded Elna in death on April 29, 1978, after a battle with cancer. On March 26, 1982, Elna was united in marriage to Kenneth Look in Lake Geneva. Kenneth preceded Elna in death on October 14, 2001.
Elna was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Lomira. She was a homemaker and enjoyed baking, crocheting, giving her lap blanket to people she met in wheelchairs, eating out and spending time with her family.
Those Elna leaves behind to cherish her memory include her two sons, Kurtis Huebner of Lomira and Kenwood Huebner of Fond du Lac; a daughter-in-law, Sue Huebner of Zion, Illinois, eight grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, a great-great-grandchild, five step-grandchildren, 15 step-great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
In addition to her husbands and parents, Elna was preceded in death by her son, B. Charles Huebner, a sister and a granddaughter.
Funeral services for Elna were held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 23, 2014, at Trinity United Methodist Church in Lomira. Rev. Kerry Wilson officiated and burial followed in Salem Cemetery in Lomira.
Elna’s family greeted relatives and friends at the church on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services.
The Kietzer-Miller Funeral Home in Lomira was entrusted with Elna’s arrangements.
