Evelyn Rodriguez (nee Pablo) of West Bend, passed away on Thursday, June 16, 2011 at Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa.
She was born on July 11, 1938 in Manila, Philippines to the late Bernardo and Esperanza (nee Carbonell) Pablo. On March 7, 1963, Evelyn was united in marriage to Angel Rodriguez in the Republic of the Philippines.
Lola Evelyn loved spending time with her grandchildren and taking care of them. She enjoyed traveling, reading, and working her crossword puzzles. She is survived by her husband, Angel; two children, Hud (DezaRae) Rodriguez of West Bend and Barbara Rodriguez of Atlanta, GA; four grandchildren, Milla, Paolo, Rafael, and Sebastien Rodriguez; one sister, Lina Cabigas of Atlanta, GA; two nieces, Bernadette and Rosanna Cabigas; one nephew, Rodolfo (Kathleen) Cabigas; other relatives and friends.
A Memorial mass in remembrance of Evelyn will be held on Monday, June 20th at 11:00 am at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, 1025 S. 7th Avenue, West Bend. Visitation will be Monday at the church from 10:00 am until the time of the mass.
