Forrest S. Minney, age 52, of West Bend, passed away Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at his residence.
He was born on July 3, 1957 in Milwaukee to Charles P. Minney and Peggy (nee Steinlein) Minney. Forrest graduated from Brookfield East High School in the class of 1975. In 1997 he moved from Colgate to West Bend.
He worked for Arandell Corporation in Menomonee Falls as a pressman-printing lithographer and was a member of the Graphic Arts Union. Forrest enjoyed fixing up classic cars and motorcycles.
He is survived by his three children, Jessica (Manuel) Fernandez of Florida, Rachelle Minney of Florida and Stephanie Minney of Slinger; one grandchild, Ashton Fernandez; his mother, Peggy Minney of Brookfield; his niece, Jaimee (Everett) Steele of Seattle, Washington; his nephew, Charles W. Minney of West Bend; his sister-in-law, Sandy Minney of West Bend; other relatives and friends.
Forrest was preceded in death by his father, Charles P. Minney; his grandson, Manuel Fernandez, Jr. and his brother Charles J. Minney.
Funeral services in remembrance of Forrest will be held on Sunday, April 18th at 4:00 pm at the Myrhum ~ Patten Funeral Home, 1315 W. Washington Street, West Bend with Rev. William Dushek officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Sunday from 2:00 pm until the time of the service.
Memorials in Forrest's name to the Washington County Humane Society are appreciated by the family.
