Harry A. Raasch, 93, of Theresa, passed away on Friday, March 28, 2014, at Hope Health and Rehabilitation Center in Lomira with his family by his side.
He was born on November 21, 1920, in Milwaukee, the son of the late Harry and Irene (Klenzendorf) Raasch, and on November 4, 1946, he was united in marriage to Ann Felt in Milwaukee.
Harry proudly served his country in the U. S. Army Air Corp during World War II. He was employed by Golden Guernsey as a milkman and an ice cream distributer.
Those Harry leaves behind to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Ann, of 67 years; two daughters, Linda Raasch (special friend, Dan Austin) of West Bend and Debra Raasch of Iron Ridge; five grandchildren, Pamela Hildebrandt (special friend, Andrew Klein), Christine (Tyrone) Staiduhar, James (Alicia) Anderson, Michael Anderson (fiancé, Darcey Decker) and Katie (Gavin) Feucht; nine great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, Harry was preceded in death by his son, James in 1968.
Private family visitation for Harry was held. Military honor rites were performed by members of the Bintzler-Waehler American Legion Post 347 Lomira and entombment was in Wisconsin Memorial Park in Brookfield.
The Kietzer-Miller Funeral Home in Lomira was entrusted with Harry's arrangements.
