Hunter R. Stevens III, age 65, of West Bend, passed away Wednesday February 4, 2015 at his home.
He was born on November 23, 1949 in Milwaukee to Hunter and Eleanor (nee Knitter) Stevens Jr.
Hunter moved with his family to Random Lake at a young age, and he graduated from Random Lake High School in the class of 1968.
Hunter drove truck for various companies over the years, but was most proud of his expert skills with his saw sharping business.
Hunter was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing and hunting.
He is survived by two daughters, Tara (Paul) Nigh, and Amber Stevens both of West Bend; his parents, Hunter & Eleanor of West Bend; two brothers, Randy (Tracy) Stevens of Dennison, OH, and Rod (Sue) Stevens of West Bend; two nieces, Samantha Stevens and Alexandra Richardson; a nephew, Nicholas Stevens; other relatives and friends.
A memorial service in remembrance of Hunter will be held on Thursday February 12th at 7:00 pm at the Myrhum - Patten Funeral Home (1315 W. Washington St.) West Bend. Visitation will be Thursday at the funeral home from 5:00 pm until the time of service.
