Jack M. Faber, age 56, passed away Friday, March 19, 2010 at Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa.
Jack is survived by his mother, Janis Faber of West Bend; his father, James Faber of Campbellsport; three brothers, James H. (Donna) Faber of West Bend, Jay (Laura) Faber of West Bend and John (special friend Lynn) Faber of Kewaskum; sister Joan (Robert) Hess of West Bend; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles other relatives and friends.
Jack was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Henry and Esther Kirchner and his paternal grandparents, Milton and Mildred Faber.
In accordance with Jack's wishes, there will be no public services.
Memorials in Jack's name to the American Cancer Society, the Diabetes Association or the Chrons and Colitis Association are appreciated by the family.
