Jerry H. Lewis, 72, of Allenton, passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2011 at the All About Life Rehabilitation Center in Fond du Lac.
He was born December 5, 1938 in Peoria, IL to the late Clifford and Leetha (nee Deutsch) Lewis. Jerry graduated from Hartford Union High School in 1956. He was employed as a tool and die maker at Milwaukee Electric Tool for more than 30 years.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Jean; four children, Debbie (Paul) Hasenberg of Fond du Lac, Julie Lewis of Fond du Lac, Jeff (Theresa) Lewis of Boltonville, and Kristin Lewis of Bay View; five grandchildren, Michelle Schmidt, Kevin Kueckler, Alyssa Lewis, Erika Kringel, and Timothy Lewis; six great-grandchildren; a sister, Nancy Porth of Milwaukee; three nieces, Lynn, Kim, and Pam; a nephew, William "Buddy"; other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his former wife, Donna Lewis.
A visitation in remembrance of Jerry will be held on Tuesday, May 24 from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Myrhum - Patten Funeral & Cremation Service, 1315 W. Washington St. West Bend, WI.
