Jesse D. Sabby, 30, of Brownsville, passed away on Tuesday, January 15, 2013, at his home with his family at his side.
He was born on March 1, 1982, in Fond du Lac, the son of Charles and Jane (Malovrh) Sabby, and on May 21, 2005, he was united in marriage to Candy Steger.
Jesse was employed as a System Technician for Charter Communications for ten years. He was a member of the Brownsville Fire Department and served as Secretary for the department. Jesse will fondly be remembered as one who had a passion for anything to do with motorcycles. He enjoyed road rides, trail riding, dirt bikes and ice riding locally and throughout the state. Jesse will be deeply missed by his wife, his daughter, his family and by all who knew him.
Those Jesse leaves behind to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Candy; his precious daughter, Kaitlyn; his parents, Charles and Jane Sabby of Brownsville; his sister, Melissa (Kevin) Casper of Campbellsport; his parents-in-law, Ronald and Kathleen Steger of Mayville; a brother-in-law, Fred Steger (fiancee, Krystal); two sisters-in-law, Sarah (Scott) Batterman and Lila (Lance) Vander Loop; nine nieces and nephews, Owen, Evan and Allison Casper; Ryan, Grace, Alex and Emily Batterman; Owen and Ian Vander Loop, other relatives and many friends.
Jesse’s family greeted relatives and friends on Friday, January 18, 2013, from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the Kietzer-Miller Funeral Home in Lomira. Cremation has taken place and there was no formal funeral service. However, as Jesse wished a celebration of his life was held at the Brownsville Community Center, 871 Main Street in Brownsville on Friday after the funeral home hours.
