John J. Jozwiak, 62, of West Bend passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 19, 2018.
He was born on May 15, 1956 to the late Alois and Louise (nee Fernette) Jozwiak in Milwaukee WI. During high school at the age of 15 is when he met Patty. On April 28, 1979 they were united in marriage. John was a very hardworking, generous man that was very handy and could fix anything. He loved riding his Harley, going to fish fries, polka music, and horribly not funny puns. John’s most important job was being a dad to his two daughters and was able to walk his daughter Becky down the aisle a month ago. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Those John leaves behind to cherish his memory includes his loving wife, Patty; two daughters, Amanda Jozwiak and Becky (Josh) Clark; two sisters, Carlien (Mike) Winn and Edie Balistreri; four brothers, Pat (Judy) Jozwiak, Bob Jozwiak, Mike Jozwiak, and Chuck Urbaniak, a brother-in-law, Jim (Jean) Wronski; a sister-in-law, Ann Marie (Steve) Heinz; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Jeff Jozwiak.
A memorial service in remembrance of John will be held on Friday, August 24, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. at the Myrhum Patten Miller & Kietzer funeral home; 1315 W. Washington St., West Bend.
The family will greet relatives and friends at the funeral home on Friday from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service.
