Joseph M. Hauck, age 51, of West Bend, passed away peacefully at the Kathy Hospice on Friday, December 26, 2008, surrounded by his loving family and friends.
He was born on March 30, 1957 to Pius and Agnes (nee Dosch) Hauck. Joe served his country honorably for three years in the United States Army. On September 13, 1997 he was united to Kristin Kowalczewski. Joe will be deeply missed by everyone whose life he touched. He enjoyed camping and loved his family dearly. His house was always open to any of his friends or family.
Joe is survived by his wife, Kristin, his five children, Kayla, Andrew, Joseph, Alex and Paige; his mother, Agnes; mother-in-law, Shirley Kowalczewski; many close friends and relatives.
He is preceded in death by his father Pius and his father-in-law Theodore James Kowalczewski.
A memorial service in celebration of Joe's life will be held on Friday, January 2nd at 7:00 p.m. at Shepherd of the Hills Ev. Lutheran Church (6869 Wildwood Rd - West Bend). Friends may visit with the family at the church from 3:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Memorials to the family are appreciated.
