Joseph M. Libecki, 81, of Theresa, passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2015 at his residence.
Joe was born on January 11, 1934 in Milwaukee to the late Joseph B. and Irene (nee Karolczak) Libecki. He served in the U.S. Navy for 3 ½ years during the Korean War. He married Carol A. Miller on May 25, 1957 in Milwaukee. Joe worked in the Roundy’s Foods warehouse for many years and he was a member of Teamsters #200 for 32 years. The Ho-Chunk Casino in Wisconsin Dells will miss Joe!
Those Joe leaves behind to cherish his memory include his wife of 58 years, Carol; a son, Mark Libecki of Theresa; a sister, Terry (Paul) Maxcy of Middlesex, NJ; two brothers, Ronald (Carol) Libecki of Pewaukee, and Dennis (Pat) Libecki of Menomonee Falls; a sister-in-law, Carolyn Libecki of Mukwonago; 26 nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, Joe was preceded in death by a brother, Allen Libecki.
In honor of Joe’s wishes, there will be no services.
Memorials to the American Heart Association would be appreciated.
