Juliette B. Schrauth (nee Brodzeller), age 82, of West Bend, passed away on Thursday, April 30, 2009 at Cedar Community Health Center.
She was born on May 12, 1926 to the late Joseph and Regina (nee Feucht) Brodzeller. Juliette moved to the Barton area with her family at a young age. On August 9, 1947, she was united in marriage to Irwin Schrauth at St. Mary's Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Barton. Juliette worked for Amity Leather for 40 years and became a member of their 25 year club before retiring in 1987.
She is survived by her daughter, Patricia (John) Boldt of West Bend; two grandchildren, Eric (Pam) Boldt of West Bend, and Petra Boldt of Lisle, IL; one great-grandchild, Rikki Boldt; a sister, Helen (Wyman) Gessner of Kewaskum; a sister-in-law, Jenny (Harvey) Klotz of Newburg; other relatives and dear friends.
Juliette is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Irwin; five brothers, Stanley, Victor, Sylvester, Cornelius and Andrew Brodzeller; and one sister, Ann Dricken.
A Mass of Christian Burial in remembrance of Juliette will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 4th at Holy Angels Catholic Church (138 N. 8th Avenue). Rev. Jerry Brittain will officiate. Visitation with the family will be at the church from 9:00 a.m. until of time of Mass. Burial will follow in Holy Angeles Cemetery.
