Karen R. Newsom, age 53, of Theresa passed away on June 2, 2009 at St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee.
She was born on June 15, 1955 to the late Jack and Judy (Nee Mullison) Newsom in Amarillo, TX and was raised in the Williamston/Lansing Michigan area. She was accomplished in nursing and CNC machining previous to her position in respiratory therapy at St. Joseph's Community Hospital in West Bend.
Karen is survived by her true companion, Jim Colclasure; her son, Trent Newsom; and two sisters, Debra (Gary) Pauls, and Stacy (Phil) Dhein; and many close friends.
Karen was a generous humanitarian who converted her friends and acquaintances to being her personal family members.
In honor of Karen's wishes no service has been held.
