Kathleen Caroline Getz

Kathleen “Kathy” C. Getz, 65, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 11, 2020 at the Samaritan in West Bend.

She was born on April 1, 1955 to the late Felix and Mary Ann (nee Mueller) Getz in West Bend, WI. Kathy grew up in Slinger and graduated from Slinger High School in 1974. She worked at multiple jobs over the years. Kathy enjoyed watching movies and soap operas. She also enjoyed drawing and crocheting. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren, and will be missed.

Those Kathy leaves behind to cherish her memory include her daughter, Amanda (Joel) Wiltgen; two grandchildren, Benjamin and Trystan Wiltgen, with number three on the way; two sisters, Rosemary Roy and Mary Lou (Joseph) Gaziano; two brothers, Dennis (Bonnie) Getz and Charles (Patricia) Getz; her cat, Buttercup; many other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Jessica Getz; a sister, Germaine Getz; a brother, Daniel Getz; and a brother-in-law, Allen Roy.

Due to the current circumstances, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
