Kathryn E. Kuehl, nee Schuster, 75, of West Bend, passed away Monday, January 7, 2013 at St. Joseph's Hospital, West Bend.
She was born on March 9, 1937 in Fillmore to the late Otto and Eleanor (nee Fletes) Schuster. Kathryn graduated from West Bend High School in the class of 1955. On September 8, 1956 she was united in marriage to Orval K. Kuehl at St. Martin's United Church of Christ in Fillmore.
Kathryn worked at Amity Leather in West Bend for many years. She was a member of St. Martin's United Church of Christ, Fillmore. She enjoyed playing Bingo and cards. She also enjoyed cross stitch, crocheting, drawing, painting, any many other crafts.
She is survived by her husband, Orval; two children, Dawn (Randall) Ehren of Fillmore, and Duane Kuehl of Belgium; other relatives, friends, and special pets, Darcie and Black Jack.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her parents-in-law, George and Theresa Kuehl.
A funeral service in remembrance of Kathryn will be held on Sunday, January 13 at 6:00 p.m. at the Myrhum - Patten Funeral Home, 1315 W. Washington St., West Bend. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Sunday from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service. Burial will be in Fillmore Union Cemetery on Monday, January 14 at 10:00 a.m.
