Kaye L. Dziekan (nee Kannenberg), 69, passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at Kathy Hospice in the Town of Polk.
Kaye was born on May 21, 1949 to Harold and Gertrude (nee Rahmlow) Kannenberg in West Bend, Wisconsin. She married Anthony Dziekan in 1988 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in West Bend. Together, they raised their three children. Kaye loved animals, planting flowers and gardening. She will be truly missed by all those that knew her.
Those Kaye leaves behind to cherish her memory include her three children, Timothy Dziekan, Brian Dziekan, and Mary Serrano; three grandchildren, Julia, Adrian, and Evan; best friend, Susan Nettesheim; and many other friends.
In addition to her parents, Kaye is preceded in death by her husband, Anthony.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
