Karstedt, Kenneth H. Passed away after a lengthy illness this past Thursday, January 22, 2015 at age 85 in Bonita Springs, Florida. He loved to golf.
He was born October 29, 1929. He was married for 65 years to Virginia (Neubert) Karstedt. And he loved to golf.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Louise Karstedt, his older brother Jerry and his second daughter, Patricia. Ken is survived by his brother Don and his sisters, Dorothy and Neoma. And he loved to golf.
Ken and Ginny had eleven children together: Kathleen (David) Aragon, Patricia Karstedt, Kristine (Paul) Hauser, Kenneth Karstedt Jr. (Vicki Pauly), Kevin (Katherine) Karstedt, Karen (Chuck) O'Meara, Kip (Natalie) Karstedt, Mary (Tim) Galante, Louise (Tim) Kissel, Mark (Marta) Karstedt, Meg Michaelson.
And he loved to golf. He had 30 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. Ken liked to hunt with his sons and grandsons. And he loved to golf.
A memorial Mass in remembrance of Ken will be held on Friday, January 30th at 5:30 pm at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, (1025 S. 7th Ave.) West Bend. Visitation will be Friday at the church from 2:30 pm until the time of Mass.
Memorial contributions in Ken's name may be made to St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church or the Evans Scholarship at the West Bend Country Club.
