Linda Marie Miller

Linda M. Miller, age 70 years, of Iron Ridge was called home to be with the Lord on January 2, 2024, at Aurora Medical Center in Hartford with her daughter, and her dear friend by her side.

Linda was born on October 30, 1953, in the Milwaukee area to Corrine Miller (nee Wagner).

Linda loved animals, especially Siamese Cats and German Shepherd Dogs.  She could watch Elvis Presley movies day-in and day-out, and she was convinced that Robert Redford was her boyfriend (ha-ha!).  Linda was a social person, and always made sure she looked her best.  During the summer months, Linda could always be spotted in her Pontiac Firebird.

Linda was a longtime bartender at Grand Central Station in Allenton where she made many lifelong friends.  She would never turn down a shot of tequila, 1800 being her favorite.

Those Linda leaves behind to cherish her memory include her children, Timothy Kraus and Lisa (Robert) Dupey; four grandchildren, Paige Kraus, Alexander Jensen, McKenzie Kraus, and Reese Dupey, and two feline friends, Trinket and Lola.  She is further survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Linda was preceded in death by her mother, Corrine Miller; brother, Terry Miller; and niece, Theresa Miller.

A private family service will be held at a later date.

The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses (especially Jenny Kraemer), and staff at Aurora Medical Center in Hartford and Aurora At Home Hospice for their care and compassion. As well as a special thank you to her long-time neighbors Richie and Laura Elsinger for their many years of love, generosity, and support.
