Margaret Harris, (nee Wilkowski), age 72, of West Bend, passed away on September 30, 2008 at the Samaritan Health Center.
She was born on April 4, 1936 to the late Frank and Clara (nee Mauberg) Wilkowski. On October 27, 1970 she was united in marriage to the James T. Harris in Waukegan, IL. He preceded her in death on April 6, 1982.
Margaret worked for Sierra Grinding Wheel in Jackson until she retired. She enjoyed camping, fishing, reading, playing scrabble and doing crossword puzzles. She loved spending time with her family and in her flower gardens. She is survived by her partner in life, Fred Janzen of West Bend and the Janzen family; her daughter, Jennifer Harris of Lomira; her grandson, William Sammer; her sister, Mary Bellanti and the Bellanti family; and her brother, George Wilkowski. She is further survived by many other dear relatives and close friends.
Margaret was preceded in death by her sister, Millie.
A funeral service in remembrance of Margaret will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at the Myrhum~Patten Funeral Home, West Bend. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service. Memorials to the American Cancer Society are appreciated.
