Maria Jakobi, age 91, passed away on Wednesday January 15, 2014 at Columbia St. Mary's.
She was born on August 26, 1922 to the late Julius and Maria (nee Feih) Csuk in the country of Hungary. She spent her child hood growing up in Hungary until moving to West Bend in 1952. In May of 1959 was when she married Reinhold Jakobi at Holy Angels Catholic Church in West Bend. Maria worked at the West Bend Company for 27 years until she retired. She attended St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church.
She is survived by her son, Joseph (Gail) Csuk of West Bend; two grandchildren, Angela (John) Yako and Robert Csuk; one great-grandchild, Kayla Yako; and other family and friend.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Reinhold Jakobi; one brother and sister.
Funeral service in celebration of Maria will be held on Monday January 20 at 1:00p.m.at the Myrhum-Patten Funeral Home in West Bend.
