Marilynn G. Rousey-Miller, nee Scipior, 73, went to Heaven on Tuesday, April 1, 2014.
She was born on October 10, 1940 in Stevens Point to the late Edward and Christine (nee Snow) Scipior. Her family moved to California where she spent her childhood growing up.
Marilynn worked as a supervisor in a factory for many years and was a hard worker, enduring many physical challenges. She enjoyed spending time with her family and was a fun loving mother, best friend and grandmother to her children and grandchildren. She had a great love for all animals.
God saw her getting tired, a cure not meant to be, so He put His arms around her, and whispered, “Come with Me.”
She is survived by her three children; Renee Rousey of Odessa, TX, Robert (Patty) Rousey of San Bernardino, CA, and Debra Egerer (nee Miller) of Jackson, WI; eight grandchildren, Crystal Russel, Leayla Russel, Destony Troy, Ashley Rousey, Dustin (Elizabeth) Choy, Jesse Miller, and Lucas Egerer; ten great-grandchildren; and her former husband and life time friend, Bruce Miller; other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her granddaughter, Nicole Cornett.
A memorial for family and friends to celebrate Marilynn’s life will be held at a later date.
