Marion E. Sauer (nee Klumb), age 83, of the town of Addison, passed away Saturday, March 27, 2010 at the Hartford Health Care Center.
She was born on June 16, 1926 in the town of Wayne to the late Edwin and Anna (nee Emmer) Klumb. She attended West Bend High School and graduated in the class of 1943. On April 26, 1947 she was united in marriage to Melvin Sauer. Together they moved to West Bend. In 1963 they moved to their home in St. Anthony. Melvin preceded her in death on January 17, 1985.
Marion worked for the Amity Company in their office for many years. She was a member of Resurrection Catholic Church in Allenton.
Marion is survived by her brother, Gerald Klumb of West Bend, many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Melvin and her son, Steven.
A Mass of Christian Burial in remembrance of Marion will be held on Tuesday, March 30th at 7:00 pm at Resurrection Catholic Church, 215 N. Main Street, Allenton with Fr. Joseph Dominic presiding. Visitation will be at the church Tuesday from 4:00 pm until the time of the mass. Burial will be Wednesday in St. Anthony Church Cemetery, town of Addison.
