Martha E. Stollenwerk, (nee Grebe), age 58, passed away Wednesday, June 6, 2007 at her home in the town of Wayne.
She was born on February 26, 1949 in Milwaukee. At a young age she moved with her family to Waterford, and was a graduate of Waterford High School. On October 22, 1966 Martha was united in marriage to Gerald R. Stollenwerk at St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Waterford.
Martha had worked as an office manager for Armour Coatings in Germantown, and recently began working in the same position for Engineered Metal Products in Jackson.
Martha's greatest love was her family. She attended all the school functions, sporting events, and helped teach her children to drive. To Martha, family meant everything.
She is survived by her loving husband, Gerald; three children, Thomas C. Stollenwerk of Mayville, Sandra M. (Jeffrey) Gildemeister of Allenton, and Daniel W. (Lisa) Stollenwerk of Waupun; seven grandchildren, Amanda and Tommy Stollenwerk, Blake Weiser, Caitlyn and Tyler Gildemeister, Leiken and Dylan Stollenwerk; a brother, Mark (Dona) Grebe of Waterford; her parents-in-law, Gerald J. and Hallie Stollenwerk of North Fond du Lac; a sister-in-law, Mary Lee (Mike) Morawaki of Waupun; other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Dorothy Grebe.
Funeral services to remember Martha's life will be held on Monday June 11th at 7:00 pm at Trinity United Methodist Church, 300 Church St., Lomira. Pastor John Hobbins will officiate. Visitation will be Monday, at the church from 5:00 pm until the time of service. Cremation will follow at Myrhum ~ Patten Funeral & Cremation Service, and burial of Martha's cremated remains will be in the church cemetery in Lomira.
