Mary A. (Goeppert) Rady

Mary A. Rady, 86, of West Bend passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 19, 2024.

She was born on May 22, 1938, to the late Joseph and Louise (nee Reitmeier) Goeppert in Mayfield, WI. Grew up on the farm in Newburg and worked there until she was 16 years old. At 18 she was united in marriage to Ervin Rady. Together they raised their five children. She was very sociable and always on the go. Mary enjoyed baking and the holidays. She especially enjoyed spending time with family and friends and will be missed by all who knew her.

Those Mary leaves behind to cherish her memory include her four children, Calvin Rady, Laurie (Lee) Weber Randy Rady, and Patrick Rady; nine grandchildren, Leann Cope, Ryan Greenwald, Candace Rady, Justin Rady, Lilly Marie Rady, Lucas Weber, Scott Weber, Sabrina Weber, Tabitha Nowak; nine great-grandchildren, Carlina, Mercedes, Bentley, Juniper, Addalyn, Tanner, Jonathan, Zoey, and Rose; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ervin Rady; a daughter, Carla Rady; two sisters, Marcella Hembel and Lucille Brunner; and her four brothers, Robert Goeppert, Kenneth Goeppert, Joseph Goeppert, and Thomas Goeppert.

VISITATION: The family will greet relatives and friends at the Myrhum-Patten Funeral & Cremation Service (1315 W. Washington Street, West Bend, WI – 53095) Friday, September 27, 2024 from 12:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m.

SERVICE: A memorial service for Mary will be held following the visitation at the funeral home at 2:00 p.m., with Pastor David Schoob officiating the service.
