Milton O. Roell, 93, of West Bend passed away Tuesday, April 28, 2009 at his residence.
He was born on April 5, 1916 in Richfield to the late Alvin and Olga (nee Jobs) Roell. He was united in marriage to Ella Koch on December 31, 1938 in West Bend. Ella passed away on June 6, 1998.
Milton was employed at the West Bend Company for 32 years. He retired in 1978 and was a member of the West Bend Company 25 Year Club.
He is survived by seven children, Marian Haizel of Oshkosh, Eugene (Mary) Roell of West Bend, Jack Roell of Harshaw, Margaret Shelton of Tucson, AZ, David (Madelyn) Roell of West Bend, Robert Roell of West Bend, and Donald (Darlene) Roell of West Bend; 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren, two sisters-in-law, Josephine Roell of West Bend, and Lucille Koch of West Bend; other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ella; two daughters-in-law, Janet Roell and Mary Roell; a son-in-law, Edward Haizel; four sisters, Norma Michaels, Mable Klumb, Esther Behrends, and Irene Kocher; and a brother, Alvin Roell.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, May 3 at 6:00 p.m. at the Myrhum-Patten Funeral Home, 1315 W. Washington St., West Bend. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Sunday from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service. Burial will be in Washington County Memorial Park on Monday at 10:00 a.m.
