Myles H. Weber, age 89, of West Bend, passed away Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at Cedar Community in West Bend.
He was born on March 24, 1921 in Merrill to the late Theodore and Martha (nee Zahn) Weber. Myles served his country honorably in the U.S. Army, European Theater, during World War II. On July 28, 1946 he was united in marriage to Phyllis Sparks in Merrill.
Myles was an accountant for Druml Company in Milwaukee retiring in 1988. In 2000, they moved from Fox Point to Cedar Ridge in West Bend. He was a former member of Luther Memorial Church in Shorewood and was currently a member of Pilgrim Ev. Lutheran Church in West Bend. Phyllis preceded him in death on May 24, 2008.
Myles is survived by two children, Jeanne (Barry) Meyer of Franklin and Richard (Lynn) Weber of Concord, CA; three grandchildren, Maran (Shaun) Kaeinst of Queens Creek, AZ, Noah (Kim) Weber of Oakland, CA, and Adam Weber of Concord, CA; three great-grandchildren, Shawna, Eddie and Tyler Kaeinst; a niece, Kandy (Chick) Petersen of Merrill; a sister-in-law, Ellen (Jim) Finch of St. Germain; three brothers-in-law, James Sparks of OH, Dale Jensen of Merrill and Ernest Sparks of FL; other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Phyllis; sister, Viola Sahlin and brother, Leroy Weber.
A memorial service in remembrance of Myles will be held on Wednesday, December 29th at 10:30 am at Wisconsin Memorial Park - Chapel of the Flowers with Rev. Joseph Fisher of Pilgrim Ev. Lutheran Church officiating. Inurnment will follow.
