Nancy A. Goschey

Nancy A. Goschey, 86, of West Bend passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 27, 2025, at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee with her family by her side.

Nancy was born in Mequon on December 3, 1938, to the late Christian and Arlene (nee Barth) Fromm of Cedarburg. On June 20, 1958, Nancy married Herbert N. Goschey of Fredonia at Trinity Lutheran in West Bend.

Nancy loved meeting new people and catching up with her many friends. She never forgot a birthday, anniversary, or special occasion. Nancy enjoyed traveling, Alaska with her husband, Herb, being one of her favorite destinations. In her later years, she took many bus trips including to the casinos. A loyal Green Bay Packer and Badgers fan, friends and family knew not to call her during a game, or you would get scolded. Nancy had a love for animals. There was not a cat, dog, or horse she did not like! She kept a supply of treats at her home for any four-legged friend that would come to visit. Nancy is remembered by her family for her delicious desserts. We all had our favorites! Other hobbies include books and dominos. We will miss her wit, stories, and smile.

Those who Nancy leaves behind to cherish her memory include her two sons, Jim (Laura) Goschey of Naperville, IL and Rick (Julie) Goschey of Crystal Lake, IL. Seven grandchildren, Jamielynn (Corey) Barnett, Ashley (Jordan) Marshall, Timmothy Goschey, Brittany (Cory) Graham, Zachary (Megan) Goschey and Hannah Goschey. Six great-grandchildren Hunter, Jaylee, Tanner and Hudson Graham, Keagan and Carson Goschey.

Preceding her in death include her parents; her husband, Herbert Goschey; son, Terry Goschey; daughter in-law, Joanne Goschey; and granddaughter, Katherine Goschey.

VISITATION: Nancy’s family will greet relatives and friends on Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at Myrhum-Patten Funeral Home 1315 W Washington Street, West Bend, WI 53095.

SERVICE: A Memorial Service for Nancy will be held at the funeral home on Saturday at 1:00 p.m.
